The Workplace Technology Center (WTC) is a business technology consulting solutions firm providing objective, professional information technology and audio/visual consulting services in Sioux Falls and the regional area. WTC provides consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses that lack the budget and/or desire to hire their own technology staff, as well as IP-based videoconferencing and A/V solutions to organizations of all sizes. Network Management Service We believe the most important part-time job for any small business is that of IT support. In 2000, WTC began offering fixed-fee, proactive MSP solutions to our network customers. This division represents the natural evolution of our traditional Networking and Internetworking Consulting (LAN/WAN) services. Our MSP contract arrangement provides managed data services to small businesses for a fixed monthly fee per device. Our approach is one of issue prevention or management, whereby we use secure full-time connectivity to clients to monitor performance and identify issues early. We offer a fully-staffed Help Desk at our Network Operations Center.
