Local Advertising Agency Implements Meeting Room Solutions
The Scenario
When the Breukelman Kubista Group (BKG) began construction on a new facility they wanted to
raise their level of conference room technology. They had previously been restricted to one
meeting room with a portable projector and laptop for presentations. Cables were an ever
present problem and the system required set up and tear down to keep the room ready for other
activities. The new facility brought out a great desire to change.

The Solution
Workplace Technology Center (WTC) consulted with BKG to determine what types of activities they
had planned for the room. Based on that information WTC recommended a rear projection screen
with all of the AV components tied together through a Creston touch panel system. It enables
on-the-fly meetings with the ability to quickly move from web browsing to a number of resources
including DVD, dedicated PC, tape and digital cable. All of these resources were piped through a
balanced Bose audio system. The conference table has several ports where additional sources can
be added to the mix as well as audio conferencing.
The Result
BKG now conducts high impact meetings quickly and effectively with any number of AV resources.
Because of this new capability the quality of the company’s communication has greatly improved
which ultimately leads to more business. In a business where the presentation of ideas is a
daily affair, it is imperative that those ideas are presented in the best possible way.
